It is necessary
- - 1 can of canned beans
- - 200 g fillet (beef, pork, lamb to choose from)
- - 1 PC. red onion
- - 1 PC. chili peppers
- - 1 PC. bell pepper
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 1 bunch of cilantro
- - 50 g walnuts
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
- - suneli hops to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the meat in salted water for about an hour. Cool and dice in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Chop the onion into thin half rings. Remove unwanted seeds from bell peppers and cut into strips.
Step 3
Peel and slice the chili pepper (the hottest part of this pepper is found in the seeds and the segment that is closest to the stalk). You can adjust the degree of pungency to your liking.
Step 4
Finely chop the walnuts and garlic (you can also use a garlic press or grater).
Step 5
Chop the cilantro finely (if there is no cilantro in the kitchen, you can replace it with fresh parsley).
Step 6
Drain the red bean jar, rinse it, and place it in the salad bowl. Salt, add suneli hops to taste. Season with olive oil. Sunny Georgia salad is ready.
