  • -100 grams of walnuts.
  • For the cream:
  • -300 grams of condensed milk,
  • -300 grams of butter.
  • For a cake with numbers:
  • -100 grams of sugar
  • -100 grams of flour,
  • -0, 75 teaspoons of baking soda,
  • -1 egg.
  • For decoration:
  • -50 grams of chocolate,
  • -5 Art. spoons of sour cream,
  • -2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the raisins into a cup, rinse and leave to soak.

Step 2

Break two eggs into a bowl, add 200 gr. sugar and beat.

Step 3

Put sour cream and condensed milk in a separate bowl, mix and combine the resulting mass with beaten eggs.

Step 4

We extinguish the soda with boiling water and add together with flour to a bowl to sour cream, condensed milk and eggs. Knead a homogeneous dough.

Step 5

Divide the dough in half. Put cocoa with chopped walnuts in the first part of the dough, mix. Put the raisins in the second part of the dough, mix.

Step 6

Pour the first part of the dough into a greased baking dish and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees. Then we bake the second part of the dough, also for half an hour. Soak each cake with sweet water.

Step 7

For the cream.

Using a mixer, beat the soft butter, while beating, pour in the condensed milk in small portions. We should get a homogeneous cream. We put the cream in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Lubricate the cooled cakes, sides and top of the cake with the finished cream.

Step 8

We decorate the cake.

Sprinkle the sides of our cake with chopped walnuts.

For circles under the numbers, we need a thin cake. It is baked in the same way as the main cakes. With a lid or small cups, we cut out round supports for numbers from the cake. We need 12 pieces.
