- - 175 ml heavy cream + 1.5 tbsp;
- - 120 ml of powdered sugar;

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment.

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. We rub the cold butter on a grater (which is also better to pre-cool for 20 minutes in the freezer) and rub into the flour to make a crumb. Add chopped chocolate.
Step 3
We make a depression in the mixture and pour in the cream. Stir with a fork: we need to get a heterogeneous mixture.
Step 4
Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Transfer the dough to it and quickly collect the cake about 2.5 cm high, but not less than 2 cm. Do not knead the dough! With the help of a glass, cut out future scones and transfer to a baking sheet. We bake for about 15 minutes. The scones should begin to brown around the edges. Cool on the wire rack.
