It is necessary
- - 450 g of self-rising flour;
- - 125 g sugar;
- - 210 g butter;
- - 225 ml of milk;
- - 12 tbsp. any jam;
- - 75 g + 50 g white chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a 30x40 cm baking sheet, lining it with parchment paper (if you are not sure about the quality of the paper, grease it with oil).
Step 2
Sift flour into a large bowl, add soft butter (take it out of the refrigerator about an hour before cooking), sugar, milk and knead the non-sticky dough. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps left!
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a layer on the working surface to fit the baking sheet. Spread the jam over the layer. Grate 75 g of chocolate on a medium grater and sprinkle on top. Roll up, gently transfer to a baking sheet and put in a hot oven for about an hour.
Step 4
Allow the finished roll to stand for 10 minutes before slicing. In the meantime, melt the remaining white chocolate and pour over the product.
