Saltison is a meat appetizer traditionally made with pork. I suggest you make it from chicken meat. The dish will instantly amaze you with its wonderful taste!
It is necessary
- - chicken breast - 1 pc.;
- - chicken legs - 3 pcs.;
- - garlic - 5-6 cloves;
- - gelatin - 20 g;
- - ground black pepper;
- - smoked paprika;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Do the following with chicken meat: rinse it thoroughly, then separate it from bones and cartilage and chop it into small enough pieces.
Step 2
Add the following ingredients to the minced chicken meat: finely chopped garlic, smoked paprika, ground black pepper and salt. Adjust the amount of spices to your liking. Add dry gelatin there. Mix everything properly, then put in a baking bag. It must be tightly fixed, otherwise water will get into the meat mass, which is not desirable.
Step 3
Place the meat bag in a baking dish, and place it in a large saucepan. There should be enough water in the pan to be on the same level as the meat.
Step 4
Place the pot of meat on the fire and heat over high heat. When the water boils, reduce the heat. Thus, cook the future chicken saltison for one hour, no less.
Step 5
When the cooking time has elapsed and the meat is completely cooked, carefully remove it from the baking bag and transfer it to a separate, clean bowl. In this form, send the dish to the refrigerator. There it must stand for at least 12 hours, that is, until it solidifies completely.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, cut the frozen meat mass into slices and boldly serve. Chicken Saltison is ready!
