  • - sour cream - 150 g;
  • - granulated sugar - 150 g;
  • - butter - 100 g;
  • - premium flour - 200 g;
  • - starch - 2 tablespoons;
  • - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
  • - peaches - 0.5 kg;
  • - baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • - vanilla sugar - 10 g;
  • - icing sugar - 1-2 tablespoons

Step 1

Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand, let it soften. Then mix it with granulated sugar and grind well. Break one egg into the resulting mass, mix.

Be sure to sift the flour, it will receive lightness and the necessary oxygen. Combine flour with baking powder, gradually mix with butter. After kneading the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap and leave in the cold.

After 10-15 minutes, do the dough again. Roll it out and place it in a greased multicooker container. Lay out the dough layer so that the sides are 5-6 centimeters. During the preparation of the filling, the container with the dough should be placed in the refrigerator.

Take up the preparation of the curd filling. To do this, wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with sour cream, eggs and granulated sugar. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, pour into the curd composition. Stir the starch with vanilla sugar and add to the mass. Mix everything well with a mixer, put in the middle of the dough piece.
