Finnish curd cake is very easy to prepare and very successful in various flavor combinations. The Finns use berries for the filling, which ripen in the short period of the northern summer. We have much more opportunities to diversify this curd delicacy - you can give free rein to your imagination and experiment with your own options. One of the more unusual combinations is classic vanilla with tea rose jam.
It is necessary
- - 2 multi-glasses of flour;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 400 g of cottage cheese (low-fat);
- - 50 g sour cream (10%);
- - 50 g cream (15%);
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of rose petal jam;
- - 2 pinches of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
In a separate bowl, knead the dough from softened butter, flour, 100 g of sugar, one egg, baking powder and salt. Mix all the components thoroughly and let the dough brew a little, covering it with cling film or a damp linen towel. The finished dough should be similar in consistency to shortbread.
Step 2
We mix together all the remaining ingredients using a mixer. The resulting curd mass should turn out to be fragrant, plastic and slightly granular.
Step 3
In a multicooker bowl greased with butter, lay out the prepared dough, forming sides from it. Gently press down and smooth the dough so that it completely repeats the relief of the bottom of the multicooker container. Put the curd filling in a basket of dough and carefully seal it with the palm of your hand to eliminate the appearance of air pockets.
Step 4
We set the multicooker to the Baking program, and the cooking time is 1 hour. After the sound signal, bring the cottage cheese pie to readiness in the "Heating" mode for another 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Let the cake cool slightly and take it out of the multicooker using a steamer container.
