For filling:

500 grams of any mushrooms, champignons are suitable in our conditions;

2 large onions;

300 grams of any hard cheese - grate on a fine grater, divide into three equal parts;

greens, garlic to taste.

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

To prepare the filling, you need to cut the mushrooms and onions into small pieces, fry everything together for 10 minutes in vegetable oil. Add finely chopped herbs, chopped garlic and 1/3 of grated cheese to the mushrooms, mix well.

To prepare the dough, beat the eggs with sugar and salt. While whisking, add butter, milk and baking soda. Add flour and knead the dough.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put 2/3 of the dough, spread the mushroom filling evenly on top, sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Close the filling with the remaining dough, sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Put the dish in the oven and bake the cake until golden brown for about 30 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees.
