Meat contains valuable protein and minerals that humans need. It contains potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and iron. This nutritious product is at the forefront of many cuisines around the world. The meat is baked, stewed, boiled and, of course, fried.
Meat is cooked in a pan in different ways. Try a Spanish beef dish. To do this, you will need:
- 800 g of beef tenderloin;
- 3 heads of onions;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 300 g of mayonnaise;
- 100 g of Roquefort cheese;
- a bunch of dill;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Wash a piece of beef, pat dry with a towel and cut into small pieces. Heat a frying pan on the stove, pour in vegetable oil. After it has warmed up, line the prepared beef slices in one row and quickly fry until golden brown.
After frying on the stove, the meat must be brought to readiness in the oven.
Cut the onion into half rings. Place them on top of the meat. Season everything with salt and pepper and cover with mayonnaise and put in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes, when the dish is browned, reduce the heat and keep the meat in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with grated Roquefort cheese and chopped dill. Serve hot in the pan in which the meat was cooked.
The meat goes well with many products. For example, mushrooms and tomatoes give additional flavor to beef. Try to cook the basics, your loved ones will appreciate the efforts.
To prepare the basics for this recipe, you will need:
- 0.5 kg of beef tenderloin;
- 200 g of champignons;
- 1 head of onion;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- 1 teaspoon flour;
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
- salt;
- parsley and cilantro.
Cut the meat into narrow and long pieces. First across the fibers, and then along. Chop the onion into thin half rings, and the mushrooms into slices.
Preheat a frying pan with a thick bottom (cast iron is best for cooking azu), pour in the vegetable oil and let it warm up well. Then place the meat in a skillet and fry it for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the flour on the beef, shake the pan to distribute it evenly and toss with the fried pieces of meat.
Add onions and sauté all together until tender. Then add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add mushroom slices to the basics, mix everything, salt. Cover the dish with a lid and cook in a skillet over low heat for another 15-20 minutes. A couple of minutes before cooking, put chopped parsley and cilantro into the basics.
This hearty dish is good on its own and with fresh vegetables as a side dish.
There are different types of pans. One of them is a grill, this dish combines the properties of an ordinary frying pan and an oven. Grilled pork in garlic and pomegranate marinade is a hearty and delicious dish that can be made for a special occasion.
To cook meat using this recipe, you will need:
- 0.5 kg of pork neck;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce;
- 2 teaspoons of paprika.
- 3 tablespoons of pomegranate concentrate.
Cut the pork into 2–3 cm thick slices. Combine the olive oil, soy sauce and pomegranate concentrate. Pass the garlic through a press. Chop the onion into rings.
Season the meat with paprika and garlic, coat the pieces with a mass of pomegranate, oil and soy sauce. Arrange the onion rings and refrigerate the pork for 2-3 hours to marinate.
Preheat the grill pan. Put pieces of marinated meat on it and fry until tender on both sides, periodically pouring over the juice that stands out.
