The original place of growth of walnuts is Asia Minor, but they came to Russia through Greek merchants - from where they got their name. In terms of energy value and nutritional value, walnuts are 7 times superior to potatoes, white wheat bread - 3 times, apples - 12 times, and milk 10 times. Thanks to this, halva is not only tasty, but nutritious and healthy.
