  • For filling:
  • - 3, 5 sausages,
  • - 60-100 grams of smoked sausage,
  • - 30 grams of champignons,
  • - 1 pickled cucumber,
  • - 2 cherry tomatoes,
  • - 100 grams of hard cheese,
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise,
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ketchup,
  • For lubrication:
  • - 1 egg.

Instructions

Step 1

For pizza, you need to prepare the dough (if you don't want to mess with the dough, then buy a ready-made base).

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt, beat. Pour in warm water and stir. Sift flour and mix with yeast. Into a liquid mass (from water and eggs) with flour. Substitute the dough (it will be sticky). Pour vegetable oil into the dough, mix. The dough will be less sticky.

Step 2

Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a paper or kitchen towel, and keep warm for an hour. You can make three pizzas from the received dough.

Step 3

Divide the matched dough into three equal portions, and roll out one portion two centimeters larger than the size of the pizza pan. You can put the remaining dough in the freezer or make two more pizzas.

Cut the sausages into rings or strips. Place the dough on a mold and spread over the edges of the sausage. Cut the champignons into slices, the tomatoes into slices.
