Preheat the oven to 200C. Grease silicone baking dishes with butter.

In a bowl, mix tangerine juice, zest and poppy seeds. Leave for 15 minutes to soak the poppy.

At this time, melt the butter in a frying pan and fry it until golden brown. We filter through a fine strainer and set aside to cool the oil.

Beat the whites with a mixer until the thickest foam is possible. In a bowl, mix butter, whipped whites, sugar, sifted flour and ground ginger. Finally, add tangerine juice with poppy seeds and zest.

Gently knead the dough, put it in the tins and bake for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
