The first way.
Peel and slice the bananas. Peel the tangerines, divide them into wedges, remove the foil from each and cut in half. Peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Put a layer of bananas on a flat dish, pour one tablespoon of honey, put the tangerines on top and pour the honey again. Lay out the kiwis in the last layer and sprinkle them with honey. Leave the salad to soak for 30 minutes and then serve. The same version of the salad can be prepared in portioned dishes. To do this, place the fruit layers in transparent bowls and pour over the honey. In the summer season, instead of tangerines, you can take strawberries or other berries (fruits).

Second way.
Arrange the salad in a salad bowl, cut the tomatoes and onions into rings. Cut the ciabatta into cubes.
From a jar of tuna, gently drain the oil into a skillet, heat and fry the ciabatta pieces in it until crisp. Prepare the sauce. To do this, grind the apricots in a blender, add vinegar, mustard, oil, thyme and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Peel the tangerines and cut into wedges. Peel the kiwi and cut into slices. In a salad bowl, spread the onion, tuna, tomato slices, kiwi and tangerines, top with the sauce and sprinkle with bread cubes.
Step 3
Third way.
Pre-cut the crust from one slice of bread, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil with the addition of salt, spread on a paper towel and pat dry. Disassemble the salad into leaves, tear large ones. Cut two medium kiwis into slices and 50 g of cheese into cubes. Divide the two tangerines into wedges and remove the films. Place the lettuce mixed with bread and cheese in the center of the plate. Place kiwi slices on the edge of the plate, and on them tangerine wedges and a few cherry tomatoes. Place a slice of kiwi in the middle and sprinkle the salad with lemon juice.
