This salad, despite its name, is quite a budget dish, and it is quite easy to prepare it. The dish is a puff chicken salad with kiwi, the sweet sourness of which will add a little exoticism and variety.

Ingredients:

  • 250-300 g of chicken meat;
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 200 g of "Russian" cheese;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 120 g of sour cream-mayonnaise sauce with mushrooms;
  • 3 kiwi;
  • ½ teaspoon of salt.

Preparation:

  1. Boil chicken meat (preferably breast) in water or bake in the oven until cooked. Then cool completely.
  2. Boil two carrots, cool, remove the skin, grate coarsely. Salt the grated carrots a little and mix with a little sour cream-mayonnaise sauce.
  3. Boil the eggs and immediately cool them in cold water, then peel them. Grate on a coarse grater, season with salt and sauce, mix until smooth.
  4. Ready and chilled chicken meat must be finely chopped or simply torn into small pieces with your hands, then combine with a small amount of sour cream-mayonnaise sauce, mix thoroughly until smooth.
  5. Take a wide round dish, put a glass on it in the middle, around which we will spread the flaky salad.
  6. Spread the homogeneous chicken mass evenly in the first layer.
  7. Next, spread a layer of grated carrots.
  8. The third layer will be boiled grated eggs.
  9. The fourth layer is cheese, previously grated on a coarse grater and mixed with sour cream-mayonnaise sauce.
  10. The main layers are laid, carefully remove the glass.
  11. Remove the peel from the kiwi, cut each fruit in half (lengthwise) and cut thinly into semicircles. Cover the salad over the entire area with the resulting kiwi halves.
  12. Put the finished dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool down, after which you can set the table.
