If you wish to cook something unusual for the festive table, you can always make the Exotic salad with pineapple and chicken. It is prepared from quite ordinary products, but it turns out to be simply amazing in taste.
It is necessary
- - Chicken breast - 2 pcs.;
- - Canned pineapple - 1 can;
- - Olives - 1 jar;
- - Hard cheese - 0.2 kg;
- - Pickled champignons - 250-300 grams;
- - Garlic cloves - 1-2 pcs.;
- - Mayonnaise to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet, put on a plate and cool. Cut into strips or small cubes, place on a plate as the first layer.
Step 2
Open a jar of pineapples, drain the juice (or drink - if desired). Remove the pulp and cut into cubes. Place on top of the chicken. Sprinkle a little chopped garlic over the layer and brush with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Open a jar of champignons. Remove the mushrooms, if necessary, divide into smaller pieces. Spread over pineapples. Place the cheese on top, chopped into cubes 2-3 cm thick.
Step 4
Now all that remains is to decorate the salad with halves of olives and serve. But if you have the opportunity to leave it in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours, that's very good. During this time, it will become more intense, juicy and tender.
