Once exotic fruits are increasingly included in our diet. Kiwi is no exception. China is considered its homeland. In addition to its pleasant taste, this "overseas" fruit has a number of useful properties. It promotes the elimination of cholesterol, absorbs iron in the body, improves metabolism. In addition, it has been noticed that meat cooked with kiwi becomes very tender, soft and acquires an unusual sweet and sour taste.

- 3 pcs. kiwi;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mustard;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- soy sauce;
- ground black pepper;

Instructions
Step 1
For this dish, the flesh of veal or pork without fat (1, 5 kg piece) is suitable. Rinse the meat under running cold water and pat dry well with a napkin or paper towel.

Prepare the marinade. Peel and chop the garlic cloves with a knife, or pass through a press. Combine the garlic with salt and pepper and add a little soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Wash the kiwi and peel it with a sharp knife. Cut two fruits into thin slices, and mash one with a fork in a puree or chop in a blender.
Step 4
Add the kiwi puree to the marinade and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Rub the marinade liberally on all sides. Then make small pocket cuts with a sharp knife with a narrow blade, about 2 cm deep. Spread them evenly over the entire surface of the veal (pork) and place in each wedge of kiwi.

Wrap the meat in foil or put it in a hermetically sealed container and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least three hours (it is better to do this about ten hours before baking).
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the marinated meat in a cooking sleeve or wrap in foil, place on a baking sheet and place in the oven.

After half an hour, "unpack" the meat and bake for another thirty minutes, periodically pouring the released juice. To make the dish juicy, cover the piece of meat with a layer of foil. Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil, leave the veal (or pork) in the oven until golden brown.

You can cook portioned cuts of meat according to this recipe. To do this, in each prepared piece of veal or pork, make a pocket with a knife. Put a slice of kiwi in it, brush a piece of marinade on all sides and place in the refrigerator for two hours. Then wrap in foil (each piece separately), lay out on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for thirty minutes. Then carefully open the foil and leave the meat in the oven until golden brown.
