There is a stereotype that cooking something from meat, especially from beef, is difficult and time-consuming. In fact, there are great recipes that don't require much skill. It is necessary

    • beef in one piece - 700g;
    • carrots - 2-3 pcs;
    • turnip onions - 2-3 pcs;
    • fresh mushrooms - 300-400 g;
    • parsley greens - 20-30 g;
    • sour cream - 200 g;
    • dry white wine - 200 g;
    • flour - 1 glass;
    • vegetable oil for frying;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Step 1

Wash the beef well. To prepare this dish, you need boneless pulp. Clean the meat from films and tendons. Dry with a napkin. Rub with salt and pepper and set aside for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2

Rinse the mushrooms, cut not too finely and fry in vegetable oil. You can use dried mushrooms, they do not need to be fried beforehand.

Step 3

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into half rings.

Step 4

Combine carrots, onions and sautéed mushrooms.

Add sour cream and chopped parsley to the vegetables. Salt. Mix well

Put a part of the vegetable mixture in a gosper or an earthen pot with a lid, put the prepared meat on it. Put the remaining vegetables on top so that the meat is covered not only on top, but also on the sides.

Pour wine to the meat. If you don't want to use alcohol, replace the wine with plain water. Take it less, about 100-150 g.

Make unleavened dough. To do this, combine flour and ¼ cup water. Knead so that there are no lumps. You need to stir with great force, the only way you can make the dough plastic and elastic.

Step 9

Cover the pot with a lid. Cover the hole between the lid and the pan with dough. You need to achieve absolute tightness of the structure.

Step 10

Place the meat dishes in the oven. Cook for 2-3 hours at 180-200 degrees. It is better to overexpose this dish in the oven than to get it ahead of time, so take your time.

Step 11

Remove the pan from the oven, the dough can be thrown away. Serve the cooked meat with stewed vegetables and mashed potatoes.
