Cannelloni with meat is a dish that suits both a festive and an everyday table. Cannelloni is a type of pasta (large rolls) that can be found in any large store.
It is necessary
- Ingredients:
- 350 grams of cannelloni
- 450 grams of tomatoes
- 350 grams of any grated cheese
- 30 grams of butter or vegetable oil
- some salt
- Ingredients for minced meat:
- 250 grams of beef pulp
- 250 grams of pork pulp
- one onion head (you can take two)
- a few tablespoons of vegetable oil
- some black pepper and salt
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the minced meat and the peeled diced onion in a blender or meat grinder (as you prefer), salt a little and add ground pepper to taste. Pour in a little water for the elasticity of the minced meat and mix. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, then transfer it to a cup and leave to cool.
Step 2
Pour the tomatoes over with boiling water, and then immediately immerse them in cold water and peel them. Cut the peeled tomatoes into circles of medium thickness.
Step 3
Boil the cannelloni until half cooked in slightly salted water. Fill the finished cannelloni with ready-made minced meat and put it in a deep baking dish (the mold must be greased with vegetable oil in advance) in one layer.
We alternate each layer with a piece of cheese. Put tomato slices on the cannelloni and sprinkle with pre-grated cheese. Sprinkle on top with vegetable oil or lay small pieces of butter.
Cover the dish with a lid and bake for about 35 minutes.
Decorate the cannelloni with herbs and serve with homemade sour cream.
