Cannelloni are large diameter Italian pasta that, when cooked correctly, are delicious. They are easy to prepare and surprise loved ones. It will take about an hour and a half to fully cook this dish.
It is necessary
- - 12 pieces of cannelloni;
- - 500 g of homemade minced meat;
- - 50 g tomato paste;
- - 1 onion head;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - 200 g sour cream (15-20% fat);
- - 100 g of grated cheese;
- -300 g hot water;
- - salt and black pepper to taste;
- - a little parsley and dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion finely and place in a greased skillet; add minced meat, tomato paste, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Lightly fry all ingredients.
Step 2
Prepare a medium baking dish. Lubricate the bottom with oil. Stuff each cannelloni with the fried mixture. And line up in a baking dish.
Step 3
Dilute the sauce. To prepare it, you need to pour hot water into a deep bowl, dilute sour cream in it and grate grated cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and seasonings.
Step 4
Pour the stuffed cannelloni with the sour cream sauce. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the cannelloni baking dish in it for 40 minutes. Decorate the prepared dish with herbs.
