Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170-189 degrees. Sift flour, add 180 g of cold butter to it, chop together with flour into cubes, then rub with your hands to get a homogeneous crumb. Make a depression in the center of the crumb, add 1 teaspoon of sour cream, egg, sugar, salt, knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Lubricate a springform pan with the remaining oil. Roll out the chilled dough, put it in a mold, form high sides, pierce in several places with a fork. Your dough should be quite elastic. Bake for 10 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine it with eggs, milk, cream, mustard and sour cream. Season with pepper and salt to taste for a pie filling.
