  • - Mushrooms - 300 - 350 g
  • - Capers - 1 tbsp. l. (can be replaced with olives)
  • - Bow - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • - Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
  • - Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
  • - Cream - 200 - 250 ml.
  • - Mustard - 1 tbsp. l.
  • - Thyme - to taste (usually requires several sprigs)
  • - Salt to taste
  • - Water - ½ tbsp.
  • - Sunflower oil - for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a deep frying pan, pour in oil and set to heat.

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into plates. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. When the pan is hot, add the onions and mushrooms, then fry for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare the meat. Then cut it into small cubes or cubes - at your discretion, and add to the pan, fry for another 10 - 15 minutes.

Step 4

Add mustard, tomato paste, thyme, capers and other condiments of your choice. Add half a glass of water and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Add cream and sour cream, then simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
