Ingredients for making pork beef stroganoff

In order to prepare pork stroganoff, you need 1 kilogram of pork tenderloin, 150 grams of cream, 1 tablespoon of flour, 20 grams of butter, 1 head of onion, a teaspoon of sugar and salt, seasoning.

The meat must be cut across the grain. Each piece is hammered only through the cling film. The resulting meat cakes are cut into separate thin strips. They are salted and pepper, then rolled in flour. The onion is chopped and fried in vegetable oil until golden brown.
