This is a wonderful dessert for both children and adults with a glass of sparkling wine. Berries can be dipped in coconut or any chopped nuts - almonds, pistachios, walnuts.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of large strawberries;
- - 200 g of white chocolate;
- - 150 g of coconut flakes.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fresh strawberries, dry on paper towels, remove only the stick from the tails, and leave the leaves - we will hold onto them so that it is more convenient to eat the finished treat.
Step 2
Pour the indicated amount of coconut on a plate. Chop the white chocolate into smaller pieces, put the pieces of chocolate in a metal bowl, put in a water bath so that the chocolate is completely melted. Take your time - let the chocolate melt slowly, but evenly, stir it from time to time.
Step 3
String each berry from the side of the leaves onto a toothpick - just not deep! It is enough for the strawberry to stay on a toothpick, you do not need to pierce it all.
Step 4
Dip each berry "upside down" into melted white chocolate 2/3 parts. Rotating the toothpick around its axis, evenly "cover" the chocolate with coconut chips from the plate.
Step 5
Let the chocolate freeze - for this it is better to stick the berries into something, since if they dry out just on a plate, then one side will turn out to be flattened. Store this light and delicious dessert in the refrigerator until serving.
Step 6
Dessert "Strawberry in a white fur coat" is equally good with a cup of hot coffee and ice-cold sparkling wine.
