It is necessary

  • - ground black pepper - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - paprika - 1 tablespoon;
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • - tomato - 3 pcs;
  • - smoked pork sausages - 200 g;
  • - sauerkraut - 500 g;
  • - chicken drumstick - 4 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the food you need. Cut the pork sausages into mugs. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and then immediately with ice or cold water. Thanks to this, the skin comes off very easily. Next, cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Step 2

Combine sausage circles with chopped sauerkraut and tomato slices. Mix everything thoroughly and put in some heat-resistant container, greased with oil in advance.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine some salt, paprika, and three tablespoons of vegetable oil. Rub the prepared mixture into the chicken drumsticks with clean hands, making sure that the pieces of meat are completely covered with it. Lay the drumsticks over the sausages, cabbage and tomatoes.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 180oC, place a bowl of chicken, sausages and vegetables inside. Bake until cooked through for 40 minutes. When clear juice is released from the chicken, the dish can be considered ready. You can check the readiness with a knife, fork or wooden toothpick.

Step 5

Polish chicken turns out to be very juicy, thanks to cabbage - with a sour taste. Arrange the food in portioned plates and serve with a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, parsley and sliced slices of white or black bread.
