Let's say you bought a large package of halva, and you are tired of eating it … or it turned out to be not as tasty as you expected. Then this recipe will come in handy!
It is necessary
- - 6 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 195 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. sour cream + 6 tablespoons;
- - 4 tbsp. flour;
- - 100 g cocoa;
- - 1 tsp soda;
- - 200-250 g halva;
- - 200 g of dark chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift the flour into a large container with soda and cocoa powder. Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar, sour cream and vegetable oil. We mix dry and liquid ingredients, trying to avoid lumps. It is better to do this with the same mixer: the consistency of the dough will be similar to the consistency of the pancake dough.
Step 2
Cut the halva into small cubes. Gently mix it into the dough.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the muffin molds with butter (if not silicone ones) and sprinkle lightly with flour. We leave to bake for 30-40 minutes. The cupcakes should rise, and only then can you check the readiness with a torch: if it comes out dry, then you can take it out. Cool and only then remove from the mold.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cool it slightly and mix with sour cream until smooth. Cover the top of the cake with icing. We are waiting for solidification and serve.
