An oriental tabbouleh salad is cooked in forty minutes - not much for such a delicious appetizer, which is also suitable for a festive menu.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - couscous - 1 glass;
- - tomatoes - 500 g;
- - cucumbers - 300 g;
- - green onions - 3 stalks;
- - two bunches of fresh mint;
- - one lemon;
- - olive oil - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the couscous by following the directions on the cereal package. Cool it down.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes (remove the seeds), peel the cucumbers, cut in the same way.
Step 3
Cut the green onions into thin rings. Chop fresh parsley, mint leaves.
Step 4
Add herbs and vegetables to the cooled cereals, mix, salt, pepper, season with olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 5
Chill ready-made oriental salad in the refrigerator for half an hour. Bon Appetit!
