This healthy and tasty dish will decorate any grocery table!
It is necessary
- - 4 potato tubers;
- - 200 g of champignons;
- - 3 onions;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 kg of veal;
- - 2 tablespoons of dry wine;
- - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
- - 50 g of peeled pistachios;
- - 70 ml of cream;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 carrot;
- - Salt;
- - Ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 2
Peel and dice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 4
Heat oil in a skillet and brown the onion and garlic. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Beat the meat, salt and pepper, sprinkle with wine and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the potatoes into cubes, mix with mushrooms, herbs and pistachios. Stir in the egg and cream.
Step 7
Put the filling on a layer of meat, roll it up and tie it with culinary thread.

Chop the remaining onion with carrots and place in a deep baking sheet.
Step 9
Place the meat in a baking sheet, pour in 150 ml of water and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 10
Then turn the roll over and bake for another 45 minutes.
