Step 1
Sea bass rolls Take the sea bass fillet, salt and pepper it, top it with finely chopped dill and parsley, a few thin slices of lemon and some chopped garlic. Roll the fillet slices with the filling into rolls, fasten them with a toothpick, put them on the middle rack of the airfryer and bake at 205 degrees and an average fan speed for fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Salmon Steaks Take the salmon steaks and rub them on both sides with salt and olive oil. Rub one side of the salmon with a mixture of Provencal herbs and sprinkle the salmon with lemon juice. Bake the steaks on a medium wire rack for twenty minutes at 235 degrees with a medium fan speed. For the sauce: chop the dill very finely and rub it with garlic and salt. Mix the mixture with sour cream.
Step 3
Venetian Mackerel Take the finished fillet, sprinkle it with spices and place it on the top grill of the airfryer, pre-oiled, and cook at 200 degrees for half an hour. During cooking, gently turn the fillets over until golden brown. Take a large flat dish, pour a little olive oil on the bottom, sprinkle with parsley, peel a few cloves of garlic and lay out, let it brew. Put the cooked fish on a dish, salt and pepper and leave for twenty minutes.
Step 4
Fish in batter Cut 600 g fillets into portions, rub them with salt, pepper and one teaspoon of cardamom. Take one bunch of dill, chop it and sprinkle on the fillets. Take two eggs and beat them with salt, add four tablespoons of flour and 150 ml of milk to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Dip each piece of fish in batter and bake on a medium wire rack for 25 minutes at medium temperature and medium fan speed.
