Instructions

Step 1

Sushi with eel

When making eel sushi, start by boiling rice. Rinse the rice in 3-4 waters so that it is not too sticky. Place the cereals in a saucepan and cover with water so that the rice is covered by 2 fingers. Place on the stove, bring the water to a boil and cook the rice over medium heat for 20 minutes without stirring. If necessary, add a little more water during cooking.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat the rice vinegar and dissolve the sugar in it. Season with this mixture while the rice is still hot. After that, start making sushi. Cut the smoked eel diagonally into plastics. Cool the rice a little so that it does not burn your hands. For sushi, form a small oblong lump of rice, brush with a little wasabi on top and place a slice of eel. Secure the sushi with a thin strip of nori seaweed. Serve with soy sauce.

Step 3

Rolls with eel and cream cheese

For the eel and cheese rolls, cook the rice as described in the recipe above. Peel the avocado, pit and cut into strips. Wash green onions. Cut the eel into thin long strips. Wrap the sushi mat with cling film.

Step 4

Place a nori sheet on the mat and spread the rice evenly over it. Place the pieces of eel on top of the rice, then turn the nori fish-side down. Place avocado slices, green onions and Philadelphia cheese in the middle. Roll the roll gently, pressing it down slightly and squaring it. Cut the resulting roll into 8 pieces. Serve the rolls as quickly as possible.

Step 5

Warm rolls with eel and omelet

For warm rolls, make a Japanese omelet. To do this, break 2 eggs into a bowl, add dry fish broth dissolved in warm water and sugar. Beat eggs, pouring in 1 tablespoon. soy sauce. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Pour the omelet into it, fry on one side, then turn over. Fold the almost finished omelet in half, fry, fold again. As a result, your omelet should be flaky and fluffy enough. Cut it into slices.

Step 6

Chop the eel into thin strips. Peel and cut the cucumber into cubes. Take a nori leaf, spread the rice over the German, put an eel, an omelette and cucumber pieces in the center. Roll up and cut in half across. Prepare the batter. To do this, mix flour, 1/3 tbsp. warm water and an egg, add a little soy sauce, stir to avoid lumps.

Step 7

Dip each roll in batter and roll in breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Cut the finished rolls into 4 pieces each and serve warm with soy sauce and wasabi.
