Banana and chocolate are one of the most delicious and popular food combinations in dessert dishes. The easiest option is to dip fresh banana slices in melted chocolate. But if you feel like trying something a little more interesting, you can make a delicious chocolate banana cake.

To prepare the dough from which the cakes will be baked, you will need:

- chicken egg - 3 pcs.;

- sugar - 150 g;

- flour - 200 g;

- cow's milk - 100 ml;

- butter - 90 g;

- salt - to taste;

- vanillin or vanilla sugar - to taste;

- instant coffee - 1 tsp.

- baking powder - 0.75 tsp

First, rinse the eggs under running water, break them into a small bowl, add sugar and beat with a whisk or mixer until foam forms. Add vanillin and mix thoroughly.

Then take a small container, pour in the preheated warm milk. Dissolve the coffee in it, add the mixture to the beaten eggs. Pour slightly warmed butter there. Top with baking powder and beat thoroughly again. Next, in a large bowl, mix the flour with cocoa, carefully sift the resulting mixture into a liquid base for the dough, remembering to stir periodically so that lumps do not form.

Then you need to take a form with a diameter of 20 cm and grease the bottom with butter (or lay baking paper so that the cake can easily come off). Pour the dough into it and place the mold in the oven. Bake at 170 ° C for 30-40 minutes (it all depends on the individual characteristics of your oven).

It is better not to open the oven for the first 20 minutes of cooking so that the biscuit does not fall, and then every 5 minutes you should check the cake for readiness with a match or wooden stick. If you are preparing such a cake for the first time, be careful, because the biscuits very often burn and become tough.

If the biscuit is burnt and stale, don't worry: soak it with your favorite syrup. The dough will become soft and flavorful again.

For the cream you will need the following ingredients:

- sour cream - 550 g;

- sugar - 4 tablespoons

To prepare the cream, you need to beat the sour cream with sugar until a thick, fluffy foam forms (you will have to beat it for a long time).

The fatter the sour cream from which the cream is prepared, the richer the taste of the cake will be.

For the glaze, take the following foods:

- sour cream - 2 tbsp.;

- sugar - 3 tablespoons;

- cocoa powder - 2 tsp

You will also need two large soft bananas to make the cake.

To make the icing, in a small saucepan, mix sour cream, sugar, cocoa powder and put the mixture on low heat. Stirring continuously, cook for 5-10 minutes until a homogeneous texture is obtained.

The cooled biscuit should be placed on a cutting board lined with baking paper. Using a sharp long knife, divide the biscuit into 3 cakes. Bananas need to be peeled and cut into thin slices.

The cake is formed as follows: the bottom cake is smeared with cream, banana circles are laid on top, then the second cake is also soaked in cream and sandwiched with banana. Grease the top cake with cream, place randomly the remaining banana mugs (you can decorate with other fruits) and pour over with hot icing. Send the finished cake to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for soaking.
