Step 1
To make wild garlic puree, you need to puree the berry with olive oil, salt to taste. Wild garlic puree can also be frozen for later use.
Step 2
Soften the butter at room temperature. Put it in a blender, add wild garlic puree and a little salt to it. Gently mix at low speed until smooth.
Step 3
Divide the resulting oil into molds (it is convenient to use silicone ones) or wrap in a sausage in plastic wrap.
Step 4
For long-term storage, put the oil in the freezer. For frequent use, remove the film from the frozen sausage and wrap it in parchment. Store in a refrigerator compartment with a different oil. Place in a butter dish when serving.
