This airy delicacy with a taste familiar from childhood in an original presentation will drive anyone crazy!
It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 200 ml heavy cream (33%);
- - 100 ml of boiled condensed milk + a little for decoration;
- - 6 g of gelatin;
- - 5 g butter;
- - 30 g of caster sugar;
- - 10 g of hazelnuts;
- - 10 g of almonds;
- - 1 tbsp. sesame seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in cold water in accordance with the instructions. In the meantime, in a saucepan over moderate heat, mix the cream and boiled condensed milk. Bring to homogeneity, stirring occasionally. A little, literally a couple of minutes, cool and add gelatin to the creamy mass. We stir until it is completely dissolved. Pour the resulting mass into molds and put in the refrigerator to solidify. Panna cotta is ready.
Step 2
Put all the nuts in a pan and lightly fry. We transfer to a form lined with baking paper. Make caramel in a frying pan: melt the sugar until brown, add butter, mix with a spatula until smooth and pour in the nuts. We wait until the mass hardens, and break it into pieces.
Step 3
In order to remove the dessert from the molds, lower their bottom into a container with hot water for a few seconds. Turn over onto a plate, sprinkle with nut caramel and decorate with drops of boiled condensed milk. We serve. Bon Appetit!
