It is necessary

  • - one rabbit carcass;
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 100 ml of dry white wine;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - thyme;
  • - salt, pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the rabbit carcass into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2

Place pieces of rabbit in a deep bowl, pour white dry wine into a bowl of meat so that the rabbit is completely covered with wine.

Step 3

Chop the garlic finely or squeeze out with a press and add to the meat, also add a little salt, pepper and thyme.

Step 4

After that, cover the bowl and put in the fridge to marinate for 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Step 5

In a large skillet, heat some sunflower oil in which to sauté the garlic over medium heat.

Step 6

When the garlic is browned until pale golden brown, place the pieces of marinated rabbit meat in the pan.

Step 7

Turn over from time to time, fry the meat on both sides. Add pepper, salt and thyme to taste. Fry until tender.
