It is necessary

Instructions

Step 1

First, take the chicken fillet, rinse it thoroughly, fill it with cold water so that the water covers the fillet, and put it on the fire, after boiling, remove the foam from the broth and cook for another 25-30 minutes.

Step 2

Fry the nuts in a skillet and dry them. Peel and chop the garlic. In a blender, chop the nuts, add the loaf slices and chop again. Add garlic, coriander, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Step 3

Remove the chicken fillet from the broth and leave to cool.

Step 4

To obtain a sauce, the walnut-bakery mixture must be diluted with warm, but not hot, broth, so that it resembles sour cream in consistency. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Mix in the sauce. And put it in the refrigerator for several hours. Cherkez tavugu will be even tastier in a few hours.

Serve with white bread croutons and lemon slice.
