The ham and prune salad has a very pleasant delicate taste. Only the ham for its preparation should be taken not very fatty. It is better to serve such a salad not in a common salad bowl, but in portioned bowls.
It is necessary
- - 150 g ham;
- - 100 g of fresh cucumbers;
- - 90 ml sour cream;
- - 8 pcs. prunes;
- - 8 quail eggs;
- - sea salt with herbs, dill, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the quail eggs first. From the moment of boiling, it is enough to boil them for 5 minutes. Drain, pour cold water over eggs.

Peel cooled eggs, cut into 8 pieces. Transfer to a bowl where you will mix the salad.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes. Add to a bowl with quail eggs.
Step 4
If you have soft prunes, just pour boiling water over it. Soak hard prunes in boiling water until soft. Cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Add diced cucumber to the total mass. It is better to pre-cut the peel from the cucumber - the salad will turn out more tender. Season salad with salt, season with fresh black pepper.
Step 6
Season the salad with sour cream, stir.
Step 7
Divide the ham and prune salad into portioned salad bowls, bowls or bowls. Garnish with fresh dill.
