Anise essential oil is used in the treatment of asthma, loss of voice and other broncho-pulmonary diseases. Also, the plant is used to improve digestion. Since the fruit of anise has an expectorant effect, it is effective in treating cough, whooping cough, hoarseness and bronchitis.

It should be noted that anise seeds are antipyretic and antispasmodic. The infusion obtained from this part of the plant is used to improve lactation.

However, it should be borne in mind that if the dosage is not followed, oil and infusions can cause stomach irritation.

Anise fruits contain vitamin C, coumarin, stigmasterol and other beneficial trace elements. That is why, through anise oil, increase appetite, remove toxic substances from the body, get rid of burns. Often, a decoction made from the leaves of the plant is used to treat migraines, diarrhea, scurvy, aerophagia, impotence. The infusion is effective for diseases of the genitourinary system. Medicines made from anise seeds normalize the functioning of the liver and pancreas.

Anise is also used in cosmetology. For example, using essential oil, you can improve skin tone and make it look healthy. It is not necessary to prepare the oil yourself, because you can buy it at the pharmacy.

If you want to increase libido, restore the menstrual cycle, use a decoction. To prepare it, pour 4 teaspoons of anise fruits with a glass of boiled water. Place the container on fire and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Then strain the broth through cheesecloth. You need to take the product 3 times a day, 2 tablespoons.

To normalize the genitourinary system, remove stones from the body, prepare a decoction from seeds. Pour 2 teaspoons of seeds with 250 ml of boiling water. Put the saucepan in a water bath for half an hour, cool, strain, add sugar to taste. Take the broth in 2-3 tablespoons in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Anise essential oil is very effective in treating burns. To prepare the product, mix a few drops of essential oil with egg white, wipe the affected skin with the resulting solution.

Anise oil can be taken internally, but not in pure form. It must be dissolved in milk or cream. Treatment with such a remedy should not last more than a week.

Note that anise oil can cause allergies if taken orally. Therefore, be careful.

You can also prepare a medicinal infusion from the stems of the plant (tea). Pour 1 tablespoon of the stems with a glass of boiling water, leave the product for 30 minutes, strain. Drink 60 ml of infusion 3 times a day.
