Tulumba is a Turkish sweets soaked in delicious syrup made from choux pastry. They are very simple to prepare, with such a dessert you will surprise your guests.

- - 250 g flour
- - 4 eggs
- - 80 g butter
- - 500 ml of water
- - 200 g granulated sugar
- - 20 ml lemon juice
- - 300 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
First, pour water into a saucepan and boil it with oil, add flour and cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 2
Cool the dough and add eggs, mix well.
Step 3
Then heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and deposit the tulumba 2-3 cm each from a confectionery syringe with a serrated tip.
Step 4
Fry on all sides until golden brown.
Step 5
Boil water, lemon juice and granulated sugar and cook for 20 minutes, you get a ready-made syrup.
Step 6
Put the finished tulumba in a container with syrup and leave for 10-15 minutes.
