I cook "Wafelka" every Saturday - this has long been our family tradition. I also taught all my household members to make such cookies. The daughter does the best, but the husband and son are not far behind!
It is necessary
- - 6 eggs,
- - 1, 5 glasses of sugar,
- - 200 g margarine,
- - 3.5 glasses of flour,
- - 4 tsp baking powder,
- - sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix and beat eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add to the resulting mass melted and chilled margarine. We mix the flour and baking powder, gradually add it all to the egg mass, mix thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should resemble a curd mass, then it will be convenient to distribute it with a spoon over a cookie cutter.
Step 2
Before baking, the mold must be greased with sunflower oil and thoroughly calcined so that the dough does not stick and the cookies can be easily removed after cooking. After you have made sure that the mold is calcined, gently spread the dough onto the mold with a tablespoon. The exact cooking time of the biscuits depends on the material of the form and the power of the heat supply, so be guided by the golden crust, which will be a signal that the "waffle" is ready.
Step 3
For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend sprinkling the finished cookies with powdered sugar or layering them with chocolate paste, connecting in pairs.
