Spartak cake is a great way to please your family and friends. The cake turns out to be completely saturated with cream and very delicate in taste. It can also be served for a celebration, garnished with fruit or an inscription on top.

It is necessary

  • - baking sheet;
  • - milk 0.5 cups;
  • - sugar 0.5 cups;
  • - honey 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - cocoa powder 3 teaspoons;
  • - slaked soda vinegar 2 teaspoons;
  • - butter 50 g;
  • - chicken egg 1 pc.;
  • - flour 2, 5 cups.
  • For the cream:
  • - flour 0.5 cups;
  • - sugar 3/4 cups;
  • - milk 1 l;
  • - butter 200 g.
  • For glaze:
  • - dark chocolate 200 g;
  • - cream 0.5 cups.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix milk, honey, sugar, slaked soda, cocoa and butter. Heat vigorously on the stove (bubbles should appear, as if boiling). Whisk the egg lightly and add to the dough. While stirring, gradually add flour. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll out very thin cakes. Grease a baking sheet with oil, transfer the cakes with a rolling pin. Shape the cakes already on the baking sheet so that they do not deform when moving. Pierce the cakes in several places with a fork and bake for 5 minutes at 175 degrees in a well-heated oven. The main thing is not to overdo the cakes, since they dry out rather quickly and burn out.

Preparing the cream. Combine sugar, flour and milk in a saucepan. Put on low heat and, stirring constantly, cook until the cream thickens. Add butter and stir.

Step 3

Anoint the cakes with cream and let it brew for at least 2-3 hours. To soak the cakes faster and make the cake smoother, place a wooden cutting board on top of the cakes. For fondant, heat the cream over low heat, finely crush the chocolate in it. Stir well to dissolve the chocolate and pour over the cake.
