Ingredients for the dough:

  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • 4 eggs
  • Honey - 30 g
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250-300 g flour
  • 2-3 st. l. cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. l. slaked soda
  • 6 tbsp. l. melted margarine

Ingredients for the cream:

  • 2 eggs
  • Starch - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
  • 200 g butter
  • 0, 5 tbsp. Sahara
  • Milk - 400 g

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • Oil - 15 g
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Cocoa - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Boiling water - 3 tbsp. l.

Dough preparation:

  1. First you need to melt the margarine and, if necessary, honey. To do this, take about a quarter of a pack of margarine, place it in a cup and put it in the microwave for 1 minute until the margarine becomes liquid. We do the same with honey.
  2. We take a large container for preparing the dough, beat the eggs with a mixer, gradually adding sugar, honey and sour cream. Then, little by little, add flour and cocoa, while constantly beating with a mixer so that no lumps form. At the end, add slaked soda and melted margarine. Mix thoroughly and this completes the preparation of the dough.
  3. For baking, grease the baking dish with margarine, sprinkle with flour and carefully spread the dough thinner.
  4. It is necessary to bake in the oven for up to five minutes, at 180 degrees. When taking out the hot cake, you need to immediately put it to cool down the way it was baked, because the top layer is a little sticky and sticks to cardboard or newspaper.
  5. There should be at least 6 cakes in total. After baking, you should put them to cool.

Cream preparation:

  1. First, you need to prepare two mixtures.
  2. First, beat the eggs with a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Add 150 grams of milk to this mixture and put on a small fire, stirring constantly with a spoon.
  3. Then we prepare the second mixture. Mix the starch and flour and gradually pour in 250 mg of the rest of the milk, constantly stirring or beating with a mixer so that no lumps form.
  4. We combine the two mixtures. The egg mixture should be on fire. When it heats up and begins to boil, it is necessary to add the flour mixture to it in small portions, not forgetting to interfere. This should all boil over the fire until it thickens.
  5. We remove from the stove and wait for the mixture to cool completely.
  6. Beat with a mixer first the butter itself, and then add the starch-egg mixture to it and beat it all together. The custard is ready, now grease the cakes.

Glaze preparation

To prepare the glaze, mix all the ingredients and hold the glaze for 3 minutes over low heat. When it cools down a little, spread the cake well on top.
