Rhubarb is a wonderful vegetable that is most often used to make stewed fruit or salads. Therefore, the very idea that rhubarb can be baked, and even with pork, is very original and unusual. But as a result of this combination, the meat becomes very tender and acquires a pleasant sour taste.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of pork;
- - 10 g of hot red pepper;
- - 50 ml of honey;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 20 ml of soy sauce;
- - 2 stems of rhubarb;
- - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Step 1
Wash the rhubarb stalks thoroughly, peel and chop.

Peel the garlic, chop finely and mix with the red pepper.

Add honey, soy sauce to the mixture of garlic and pepper and mix well.

Cut the pork, rub with salt, pepper, brush lightly with vegetable oil, put in a baking dish. Put the rhubarb and pepper mixture prepared in advance on the meat and grind it over the top of the pork pieces.

Bake the meat in the oven at 210 degrees for about 55 minutes.
