    • Marinated mushrooms with boiling in marinade:
    • mushrooms - 1 kg;
    • water - 125 ml;
    • vinegar - 125 ml;
    • salt - 15 g;
    • sugar - 10 g;
    • citric acid - 2 g;
    • dill - 2 g;
    • Bay leaf;
    • pepper;
    • cinnamon;
    • carnation.
    • Marinated mushrooms without cooking in marinade:
    • For cooking:
    • mushrooms - 1 kg;
    • water - 1 l;
    • salt - 50 g;
    • citric acid - 2 g.
    • For the marinade:
    • water - 400 ml;
    • vinegar 6% - 75 ml;
    • salt - 10 g;
    • sugar - 10 g;
    • citric acid - 3 g;
    • allspice;
    • cloves;
    • cinnamon.

Step 1

Champignons marinated in wine Carefully peel the caps of the champignons from the film, and scrape the legs with a knife. Wash in cold water and pat dry. Combine wine, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, sugar, bay leaves, and cloves. Stir, pour into a deep saucepan, put on low heat and bring to a boil. Transfer the mushrooms to the marinade, cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer the mushrooms to a glass jar, cover with marinade, cool and refrigerate. In a day, the champignons marinated in wine will be ready to eat.

Cover the jars with lids, spread for 40 minutes, roll up and place in a cool place.
