Step 1

Preparing the chicken. We take a deep frying pan or saucepan, put whole chicken pieces into it. Add salt, pepper to taste and basil, fill with kefir so that the meat disappears. Stir, the seasoning should be evenly distributed in the kefir. Leave to marinate for about one hour. While the chicken is marinating, let's start preparing the rest.

Step 2

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onion into small cubes, close to the crumb. Garlic crumbs. The pits from the plums can be removed with a neat cut on the side and gently squeezed out. Or if you have a pitting and core removal tool, use it. Plums can be sliced or sliced as you like. Add everything chopped to a saucepan with chicken and kefir, mix. And we continue to wait while pickling.

And now we have already marinated chicken meat. We turn on the stove and simmer over medium heat (150-160 degrees). Do not forget to cover with a lid. Simmer for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This is to keep the spaghetti from sticking together. When the water boils, put spaghetti in it. We timed out 7 minutes. After 7-8 minutes, turn off the stove, drain through a colander. While the water is draining from them, put the pan back on the stove. Put butter in it (you can pour olive oil), when the butter melts, put the spaghetti back into the pan and mix gently.
