It is necessary

  • - 500 g of lamb;
  • - 300 g of chicken;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 200 g of champignons;
  • - 50 g of dill and spinach;
  • - salt, pepper, spices;
  • - 5-6 pieces of radish;
  • - salad (a few leaves);
  • - mayonnaise, vegetable oil;

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the lamb into layers no more than 2 cm thick. Place in a thin plastic bag or between plastic wrap and beat gently with a kitchen hammer so that the meat becomes thin and soft without tearing anywhere.

Step 2

Place the lamb pieces with an overlap on oiled foil so that there is no space between them. Season with salt, pepper and rub to taste. Leave the meat to soak.

Step 3

Make the filling. Boil the chicken in boiling water until tender. Cool, then finely chop. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, also boil until tender, let them cool and chop. Peel the onion and chop finely.

Step 4

Rinse the herbs, shake and chop finely. Stir the chicken, green mushrooms and onions together thoroughly. Place the filling on the lamb pieces, 2–3 cm away from the edge. Brush with vegetable oil on all sides.

Step 5

Roll the meat gently into a roll and wrap in foil. Place the roll on a baking sheet and bake. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 1.5 hours. Remove the roll 20 minutes before cooking and cut the foil to brown.

Step 6

Wash the tomatoes and radishes and cut into small wedges. Rinse the lettuce leaves. Divide fresh vegetables and herbs into plates. Cut the finished roll into small portions. Decorate the dish with mayonnaise.
