Step 1
Put a medium saucepan on the fire, add water and put the pre-washed and peeled chicken into the pan, you will need about 250 grams of it. Boil the chicken, then cool it and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel and cut pineapple (150 grams). How to do it? Use a sharp large knife to slice off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Now insert the knife vertically into the pineapple, in a circular motion separate the flesh from the rind. Use a fork to remove the pineapple pulp.
Step 3
Cut the pineapple into small cubes. Wash 300 grams of strawberries and chop them as well. Take 150 grams of tangerines, peel them, add tangerine slices to strawberries and pineapple.
Step 4
Now, in a separate bowl, start making your special salad dressing. Mix 2, 5 tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise. Add 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 4 tablespoons of milk, and 1 teaspoon of curry there. Mix everything thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass.
Step 5
Combine platter and chopped chicken. If you want you can add some chopped green salad.
Step 6
Season the salad with cooked sauce. Decorate the top of the salad with coconut flakes.
