Step 1
Be sure to rinse eggs in running water before use. Breaking the eggs one at a time, separate the yolks from the whites in separate containers. Use proteins for other dishes.
Step 2
Beat the yolks with a mixer. Add granulated sugar while whisking. To obtain a more fluffy mass, sugar can first be ground into powdered sugar in a coffee grinder. If you do not have a mixer, use a whisk or regular fork for whipping. Mix vanillin or vanilla sugar with sugar.
Step 3
Keep the cream in the refrigerator before use. Then pour into a separate deep container. Whisk until a stable foam forms at high mixer speeds. Combine the whipped cream with the yolk mixture.
Step 4
Sort out the raspberries, wash, leave in a colander. As soon as the excess liquid is drained, gently mix the berries with the general composition.
Step 5
Prepare any convenient shape for the future dessert. Cover it with cling film with some margin around the edges. Drain the semifredo mass into a mold, flatten.
Step 6
Place the semi-finished product in the freezer of the refrigerator. Leave until completely solidified. Divide the finished traditional Italian dessert, semifredo with raspberries, into portions. Place on a platter, garnish with berries and serve as a dessert.
