- Meatballs:

- - 50 grams of bread crumbs,

- - 1, 5 teaspoons of salt,

- - flour for breading to taste.
- Vegetable stew:
- - 1 onion,
- - 500 grams of water,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 2 tomatoes,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 bell pepper,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil
- - parsley to taste,
- - 1 teaspoon of rosemary,
- - 1 teaspoon of basil,
- - saffron to taste,
- - green peas to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and grind it in a blender. Add a pound of minced meat to the onion, salt and pepper and mix well. Add water and stir. Then stir in 50 grams of bread crumbs. Break the egg and mix well, the minced meat is ready.
Step 2
Form into medium-sized meatballs and coat in flour.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the meatballs until golden. Transfer the fried meatballs to a plate with paper towels so that the glass is oil.
Step 4
For the stew. Wash and peel vegetables, cut to your liking. Heat butter (2 tablespoons) and vegetable (1 tablespoon) oil in a saucepan. Saute the chopped onion.
Step 5
Add carrots and bell peppers to the saucepan to the onion. Cook for about five minutes.
Step 6
Add chopped tomato pulp, grated garlic cloves to the vegetables, cover with water (preferably hot), season with salt, sugar and other spices, mix. Simmer the stew covered over low heat for half an hour.
Step 7
After half an hour, put the meatballs in a saucepan to the stew, simmer for ten minutes. Then add the frozen peas and season with saffron, cook for another ten minutes. Add chopped parsley to the stew before removing from the heat.
