  • • 4 tbsp. bread crumbs;
  • • 6 tbsp. ghee;
  • • 7 tbsp. coconut flakes.
  • For decoration:
  • • small canned tomatoes;
  • • sprigs of dill or parsley.
  • For seasoning:
  • • 1 hot pepper;
  • • 500 g of canned pineapples;
  • • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • • 1 lemon;
  • • 4 tsp. Sahara;
  • • ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

The quantity shown is for 6 servings. It will take no more than 60 minutes to prepare the dish. Wash and dry the meat, cut into slices and beat off so that the thickness is no more than 1 cm, lightly salt. Break the eggs, add pepper and salt, beat thoroughly. Mix coconut flakes with bread crumbs.

Step 2

First, roll the meat in flour, then in a mixture of eggs and pepper, then in breadcrumbs with shavings. In a hot frying pan with melted butter, fry the meat on both sides until golden brown. Then put on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes.

Step 3

While the pork schnitzel is baking, prepare the seasoning. Cut the canned pineapples into small cubes, wash the pepper, remove the core and also cut into small pieces. Pour the lemon over with boiling water and squeeze the juice out of it. Combine pineapples and peppers and fry in vegetable oil, add sugar and keep on fire for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate, cool a little, then salt, add lemon juice and stir.

Put the schnitzel on a plate, pour seasoning on top. Decorate the pork and pineapple dish with tomatoes and dill sprigs. You can also use lettuce and pepper slices.
