Breakfast porridge is very healthy. Cereals are a source of carbohydrates, B vitamins, coarse dietary fiber. But not everyone loves milk porridge. I propose to try to cook delicious healthy porridge with fruit.
It is necessary
- - 7 cereal flakes - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - milk 2, 5% - 100 ml;
- - tangerines - 2 pcs.;
- - canned pineapples - 50 g;
- - water - 50 ml;
- - butter - 1 tsp;
- - sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - honey - 1 tsp;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Tangerines need to be peeled. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
Step 2
The zest of one tangerine must be chopped into thin strips. Then fill it with water (50 ml), add sugar and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Filter the broth.
Step 3
Add cereal flakes, tangerine syrup, salt, oil to warm milk and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes (until the flakes are ready).
Step 4
Pineapple mode in small pieces, combine with tangerines, add honey, mix.
Step 5
Put the finished porridge on a portioned plate, put the fruit mixture on top, decorate with mint.
