  • - Oregano;
  • - Olive oil;
  • - Balsamic vinegar.

Step 1

To prepare a salad, you first need to tackle vegetables. To do this, cut the zucchini and eggplant into slices, not too thinly, and fry in olive oil. If possible, frying should be carried out in a grill pan. Sweet peppers must be cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick and also fried until golden brown.

Step 2

Now you need to take a large flat plate and spread the arugula on it. It is nice to lay out the still warm grilled vegetables on the grass, the appearance of the dish will depend on this.

Place diced cheese in the center of the plate. Sprinkle oregano on top, but not too much, so as not to interrupt the taste of the vegetables themselves.
